At Printer Refillers we are dedicated to the well-being of our staff and community. With this in mind, we are adapting our store policies to help combat this current crisis. Please note the following operational changes: 

Reduced Hours: Effective immediately our hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm – 5:00pm and Saturdays 12:00pm – 3:00pm. We are working with our staff to extend hours.

Entrance / Access Point: To enter Kildonan Place Shopping Centre please go to the South Centre Entrance (State and Main). More information can be found on Kildonan Place website here.

Social Distancing: We are following strict sanitization protocols and social distancing measures. We expect all of our customers to abide by our new standards to ensure the safety of our patrons and employees. Please remember to keep your distance from the technician(s).

Hand Sanitizing Station: A hand sanitizing station for customer use has been installed throughout the shopping centre. We ask that you please use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the shopping centre. 

Online Purchases: We encourage all customers to purchase online at www.printerrefillers.com; we are offering reduced shipping rates and free “In-Store Pickup & Curb-Side Pickup” options. Orders can also be phoned in. Use promo code: ship39 at checkout for the free shipping of delivery on orders over $39. Most deliveries will be 1-2 business days for the City of Winnipeg for in-stock items.

City-Wide Delivery: Starting Tuesday, March 17th we will be offering free city-wide deliveries on purchases over $39.00. Please call or email to arrange a delivery appointment. Relaxed/Extended Return Policy: We have extended and relaxed our return policy for all new purchases. We will be addressing all returns at a later date. 

Payment Options: Starting Tuesday, March 17th we will be offering two ways to pay. In Store: With cash,  credit or debit cards. Currently we have stopped accepting cash payments at the store to reduce interactions. Online: via Paypal using your credit card or via eMail Transfer (eTransfer) through your bank. Phone order can also be paid for via Cedit card of eMail Transfers.
