Ink-Jet Refills, Remanufactured, Compatible and Toner Cartridges

30-day money-back, 90-day exchange guarantee on Refilled, Remanufactured, Toner and Compatible Cartridges. Printer Refillers™ is not liable for any damages caused by incorrect installation of cartridges or the purchase of wrong cartridges. Failure to work because the cartridge ink has been depleted in the normal printing process is not considered a reason for returning a cartridge. Printer Refillers™ has the right to retain any cartridge for which a refund was given for research and development. Open Remanufactured, Compatible and Toner Cartridges are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Bulk Ink & Refill Kits

All bulk ink and refill kit sales are final.

OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

OEMs can only be returned if unopened. Any issues with an OEM cartridge must be taken up directly with the manufacturer. Printer Refillers™ is not liable for OEM cartridges once the original packaging has been opened.

Brother printers can only be returned if unopened. For warranty issues, please get in touch with Brother directly at 1-877-276-8437. They will determine the next steps for your warranty concerns.

Speical Order Items

A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all special order items returned.

Online orders

  • Defective items: If the whole order is returned, you will receive a full refund. If only a part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund for the items being returned only.
  • Non-defective closed items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount refunded will be the item amount only. *There will also be a mandatory restocking fee between 10% to 30%^ for non-defective items, depending on the item.
  • Non-defective opened items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund minus a 35% restocking fee.
