Three Tips to Check Epson Printer’s Current Firmware Version

1. Print the Nozzle Check Pattern

Select “Maintenance” on the Setup Menu and print the nozzle check pattern to view the current firmware version.

2. Print Status Sheet

Select “Setting” on the Setup Menu and print status sheet to view the current firmware version.

①Click “Setting”

②Choose “Printer Status/Print”

③Choose “Print Status Sheet”

④Choose “Supply Status Sheet”

⑤Click “Print”

⑥Current Version

3. Operation Panel

Select “Settings” on the Setup Menu and click “Firmware Update” to view the current firmware version.

*Please do not click “Update”, so as not to affect the normal use of the printer.

Print the Nozzle Check Pattern

Press the Power button and the Delete or Paper button at the same time until the printer carriage starts to shake (the power light flashes three times), and the nozzle check pattern is now printed.
